Player Code of Conduct Form

 

 

As a member of the Diamond Dawgs Girls Flag Football Team, I agree to uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship, respect, and commitment. I understand that my behavior both on and off the field reflects not only on myself but also on my teammates, coaches, and the organization.

Player Responsibilities:

• Show respect to coaches, teammates, officials, opponents, and spectators at all times.

• Demonstrate sportsmanship, honesty, and integrity in every aspect of participation.

• Attend practices, games, and team events on time and prepared.

• Follow all team rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from coaching staff.

• Maintain a positive attitude and support team unity.

• Refrain from using inappropriate language, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

 

Consequences:
I acknowledge that failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or dismissal from the team. The organization reserves the right to remove players who do not demonstrate proper behavior, sportsmanship, or commitment, to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all team members.
